Food and service were excellent - we attended the 5-course meal on a Friday paired with Italian wines and it was great! Dario and his staff are incredible - go hungry....its a lot of food!

Long long over due...Been hearing some many good stories about this spot!!! Finally was blessed enough to be invited by my friend who had a reservation and didnt disappoint!!! Unfortunately went on a special Sunday which is a set menu but exceeded expectations!!! But definitely have to go back with open full menu!! Ty staff and amazing owner for an amazing rare Sunday Funday!!

You'll never find ....another love like mine ...you'll be searching and searching your whole life through. Voted on top ten in the US for a reason. The food is beyond good. It's hard to describe the level of quality. Comfort artistic chef food. Real imported Italian ingredients. Top of the line from appetizers to dessert. A great ambience with multiple visits from the owner and head Chef. He makes recommendations he tells stories a real passion comes through. Don't forget to make a reservation. It gets crowded and has lots of special meals dates. Keep it quiet it's our small town gem. You can visit once

What more can you say beyond 5 stars. We came on Sunday for pizza and gnocchi day and both were some of the best we've ever had. Chef Dario made the rounds and it all added up to a wonderful birthday meal for my wife.

Amazing authentic Italian food with made from scratch soups salads and pastas that are best in world! Awesome service by the chef/owner and his staff! Fun beautiful atmosphere and very fair prices a good value!

I'd been wanting to try Rosemarino Osteria because of the great reviews and I love homemade pasta. We started with the focaccia bread which was delicious. It was soft, chewy and moist but not mushy. I ordered the pasta alpina. The texture was great, nice and chewy. The sauce was light and flavorful. My partner ordered the lasagne and it was excellent. It was hot and rich. The cheesy sauce melded all the ingredients together well. My friend got the pappardelle Al cinghaile (braised wild boar). It was also rich and delicious. We ordered 3 desserts (panna cotta, cannoli, lemon berry cake) and all were yummy. The panna cotta was made with almond which made it different. I will definitely come back.

Got a reservation for a Monday which was easy. They focus on being a reservation only restaurant, but they did ask if we were a walk-in, so they might take walk-ins too. There were also seats available when we were there. We started with focaccia bread. It was good but nothing special. For drinks they have in house infused syrups which were really good. We got the Bolognese, the ravioli, and the pasta Della nonna. Whilel all the pastas were clearly homemade, the pasta della nonna was by far the best. My husband wish there were a few more raviolis on his plate. The rest of us had leftovers. We also got the tiramisu which had a lovely orange and chocolate flavor. The service was good. The ambiance was fine but might be better on a busier night.

I know, I know... Rosmarino already has such a great reputation and following, but the wine pairing dinner with Brick House tonight was exceptional. Everything from the presentation, to the generous servings, to the mind-blowing flavors, and the great wines! Phenomenal. The short rib course was my absolute favorite with his beef bresaola at a close 2nd. And like always the pasta alla zozzona was obviously made from scratch and very addicting. Not sure the rose paired well with the lemon berry cake for dessert but both were delicious in their own right. My favorite dinner by a mile so far from Dario and am looking forward to doing another!

This was a very pleasant surprise, we would come back to Newberg just to eat here. The pizza is delicious and gnocchi is the best we've had. The hostess and the servers were exceptional nice and very engaging. We enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, attentive service and overall feeling of the restaurant. If I were to change anything I would've made the back patio just a bit warmer, it was a cool day. We will be back as soon as we get a chance.
